We love our animals and Staff

Please note that the welfare and safety of our animals and staff take priority over everything else. If we feel that either the staff or animals are at risk from guests or the public, we reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any event.

While we love all animals, no animals other than ours are allowed at our events. This is for the Safety of guests and ponies. 

All guests must adhere to your host's instructions this includes wearing suppled helmets when riding any ponies.

Photography & Social Media

The Sparkles & Co Team often take photos at events for use on our social media platforms. If you do not wish for this to occur, please advise us via email prior to the event so that we can inform our staff.

Loss/Damage

Sparkles & Co does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any property belonging to yourself or your guests either by act or omission by any of its staff or animals.

In addition the client agrees to exercise due care and diligence when using the equipment, table settings and props provided by Sparkles & Co.

And agree to not engage or dismiss behaviour by any children attending the Sparkles & co event that would cause damage to property or any equipment. When booking with Sparkles & Co you agree that if damages occur that a fee will be charged to the bookie. The amount will be determined by Sparkles & Co depending on the level of damage.

Server Weather Cancellation

Severe weather compromises the safety of all participants at Sparkles & Co. The severity of the weather event can pose different challenges for different sites and may include but not be limited to thunderstorms, high winds with the risk of branches falling, flash flooding, extreme tides or wave action (in coastal sites).  If severe weather is forecast and a new venue cannot be found, the event or visit may be cancelled in advance (the day before or earlier) we are able to offer you a credit towards another Party or experience.

If a session is cut short or cancelled halfway through due to a severe weather event or unsafe conditions, we are unfortunately unable to refund the event cost. But can offer a discount for a future booking.

Wet Weather

We are in a great position at our venue that we do go ahead in wet weather as long as it is safe. We have a wonderful large hall and undercover areas for the ponies but participants will very likely still get wet (usually by choice). Please ensure all attendees are appropriately dressed and prepared. (spare clothes advised)

Please note that if both parties come to an agreement to cancel the day before or on the morning of your booked event due to heavy rain you will keep your event credit and we can work to find another suitable date to move your event to.

Absence/Sick Policy

Because fees, costs, resources and staffing are based on particular ratios, Sparkles & Co, unfortunately, cannot offer ‘make-up’ days unless agreed upon or offer refunds if an attendee is absent due to illness.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times life happens and you may need to cancel. 

If you need to cancel your event for change of mind or any other reason, you will unfortunately forfeit your 20% non-refundable event deposit.

Cancellation within 24 hours of your booked event start time will result in a loss of 50% of your total booking cost. 

Once the day has commenced, the cancellation will mean a forfeit of all fees paid.

Confirmation of bookings and Payment

The minimum non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total booking must be paid as a deposit within 7 days of receiving your invoice to confirm your booking. 

You may lose your preferred date if payment is not received by this date.

Payment of your deposit indicates that you have read and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.

Make a final payment

Full payment of invoices must be made before 7 days of your event date.

Booking Details

Final participant numbers must be confirmed a minimum of one week prior to the date of booking to ensure we can staff your booking at the correct ratio and have adequate resources organised for the day.

Any changes to your booking must be made by emailing us including adjustments to children's numbers and names.

Sparkles & Co Pegasus Princess Party Giveaway Terms and Conditions - Raffle

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and older. Participants under 18 must obtain parental consent to enter.

2. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, entrants must:

• Purchase raffle tickets from the Givergy website.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway starts on 6th March 2026 at 6 PM and concludes on 29th May 2026 at 6 PM. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen from all eligible entries through the Givergy raffle website. The winners will be announced on 30th May 2026 via phone call and email. They will also be featured on our Instagram story and contacted through direct message. The Promoter's decision regarding the winner is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

5. Prizes

• First Prize: A 2-hour Pegasus Princess pony party for up to 20 children, featuring two themed ponies. The event will take place at 316 Witta Rd, Witta, and can only be booked for the 20th September 2026 or another approved date if possible or if weather conditions are dangerous for the event to go ahead. Event time is 11 AM to 1 PM.

• Second Prize: Pegasus Experience voucher – valid for 12 months.

• Third Prize: Unicorn Experience voucher – valid for 12 months.

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond within three days of being notified to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be chosen. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of a winner to receive notifications due to spam, junk email settings, or incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

7. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to allow Sparkles & Co, Teegan Rose Photography, Sunnykids and other sponsors to use all images and videos collected during the two-hour event for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this giveaway.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be handled according to Sparkles & Co's privacy policy.

10. Modification

Sparkles & Co reserves the right to modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions, tamper with the entry process, or engage in misconduct that jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
